How long do we store your data?

Your data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and after it has ended for at least as long as statutory retention periods exist or limitation periods for potential legal claims have not yet expired.

To whom we do we pass on your data (categories of potential recipients)?

We only store and process the personal data transmitted or disclosed to us insofar as it is required for performance of the contract (agency contract). Data will only be passed on to third parties to the minimum extent necessary and as far as necessary for performance of the contract, where there is a legal basis for doing so or where third parties involved in the performance of the contract have a legitimate interest.

Possible recipients might be: Departments of the company that is handling the transaction (e.g. IT, other administrative units) or Group member companies (e.g. for handling joint projects);

third parties involved in the transaction (individuals necessarily participating in the transaction and potential contractual partners, other estate agents, online market platforms, property management companies, financing companies, private-sector and public-sector bodies which can provide or require information about properties, insurance companies)

Furthermore, the customer consents that national insurance numbers, salary statements, passport copies may be passed on to additional data controllers (as described below) for performance of the contract. Moreover, the customer agrees that his or her data may be passed on for a potential joint business transaction with another estate agency.

Service providers of the data controller (e.g. tax consultants, payroll accountants, lawyers) as well as public authorities (social security, tax office, other authorities) legal representatives (in the enforcement of rights or defence of claims or within the scope of official proceedings) or companies which are active as contractors within the scope of the support of the IT infrastructure (hardware, software).

Under no circumstances will your data be passed on for advertising purposes and the like. Our employees and our service companies are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.

Data Portability

There is no right to data portability.

Transfer to Third Parties

The transfer of data to recipients in a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organisation is envisaged. There is no automated decision-making (profiling).

There is no contractual or legal requirement for you to provide your data and you are under no obligation to do so. However, the data is necessary for the proper performance of the contract.

Contract Data Processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for contract data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.

IP Anonymisation

We have enabled the IP anonymisation function on this website. As a result, Google will truncate your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional case will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
